Questions

What does the 1 November rule require?
Promotional SMS and calls need the recipient’s prior written or electronic consent, and ads are not allowed between 18:00 and 09:00 Tashkent time.
What is a consent certificate?
A signed record of who agreed, to which exact text, when and on which channel. Anyone can open it by its ID and check the signature in the browser against our published public key.
How do customers give consent?
On your hosted consent page (a link or QR code), in your own form through our API, or in Telegram, each confirmed with a one-time SMS code. Or keep your website’s form and add our web form script: it records the visit as evidence and your server claims a certificate for each lead.
How does a customer stop messages?
By replying STOP to a promotional SMS or in the RozilikID Telegram bot. The sender gets a webhook at once and the next verify call returns REVOKED.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in Uzbekistan, encrypted, with phone numbers stored as keyed hashes for lookups.
Can we import our existing customer lists?
Yes. Import them, then run an SMS re-consent campaign so each customer confirms on your hosted page.
